„For me, Salzburger Grill Imbiss is one of the most likeable spots for a Bosna in Salzburg. The Bosna tastes genuinely good, you're welcomed incredibly warmly, and usually it's pleasantly quick — a real plus in the old town if you don't fancy queuing. What I almost like even more: every single tip is donated to children's cancer relief and the Schmetterlingskinder (butterfly children) charity. That tells me a lot about the people behind this little snack bar. Top Bosna, honest hospitality and a big heart — definitely worth a visit in my book."

About Salzburg Grill Imbiss
Right in the middle of Salzburg's old town, just a few steps from the festival district, the Salzburger Grill Imbiss is tucked away in Wiener-Philharmoniker-Gasse — small, unpretentious, and for me a genuine tip for anyone who wants to try a really good Bosna. The grill is loaded with different sausage specials, first and foremost of course the Bosna. It comes in several varieties with the house's own sausage recipe and house seasoning. If you like it hotter, you'll also find the well-known Heeres-Currywurst in different heat levels. What makes this snack bar special to me, though, is the hospitality. You're welcomed warmly, you get your food quickly, and you usually don't have to wait in an endless queue. Perfect if you want to grab a quick Bosna while strolling through town and then keep exploring Salzburg. And then there's one more thing that absolutely has to be mentioned: every single tip is donated. The money goes to children's cancer relief and the Schmetterlingskinder (butterfly children) charity. Good Bosna, warm service and doing something good at the same time — exactly these little addresses are what makes Salzburg special to me.
