„Anyone who thinks a food truck is just about quick food has never been to the Gauchos. This is real cooking: good meat, fresh ingredients, homemade sauces and combinations you won't find on every corner. My highlight is clearly the “ARGENTINA” Gaucho steak sandwich — juicy, flavoursome and wonderfully intense thanks to chimichurri, plancha vegetables and BBQ sauce. For me, definitely one of the street food spots worth the drive to Fuschl."

About Gauchos Del Gusto
At Gauchos Del Gusto in Fuschl am See it's all about Argentine-inspired street food, high-quality meat and regional ingredients. On the hot plancha, steaks, burger patties, chicken and vegetables are freshly prepared and paired with homemade sauces, pestos, chutneys and, of course, classic chimichurri. The Gauchos are especially known for their steak sandwiches and burgers. Austrian Salon Beef meets organic ciabatta from a regional baker, fresh herbs, crisp lettuce and bold flavours. Alongside beef, the menu also features bison, chicken and vegetarian creations depending on availability. The food truck is located at the Bullenweide on the B158 in Fuschl am See and is also on the road for events and catering. The tour schedule and current opening hours are published regularly.

"Medium-grilled Austrian Salon beef steak in organic ciabatta with homemade chimichurri, Jamón Serrano, braised bacon onions, plancha vegetables, rocket, lettuce and tomato. Add the spicy homemade “El Gringo” BBQ sauce, lime and fresh herbs. A properly hearty steak sandwich with Argentine character."
