TORIKO Nonntal
Conclusion by Essen in Salzburg

Honest Conclusion
„What makes TORIKO Nonntal special to me is its ramen and mazemen, prepared with noodles freshly made on-site every day. The focus on craftsmanship is a defining part of the experience. My personal highlight is the Sticky Beef Rib Mazemen. The slow-braised beef is incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone. Combined with homemade noodles, beef chilli oil and peanut-sesame sauce, it creates a wonderfully rich and flavourful dish. For me, a place every ramen lover in Salzburg should know about."

About TORIKO Nonntal
If you're looking for ramen in Salzburg, TORIKO Nonntal is a place worth discovering. Its speciality is Asian-inspired ramen, with one particularly important detail: the ramen noodles are freshly made on-site every single day.
The menu draws inspiration from Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisine, offering a variety of ramen and mazemen dishes.
While ramen features flavourful broths, mazemen is served without traditional soup broth. Instead, the freshly made noodles are combined with rich sauces, seasonings and carefully selected toppings.
One highlight is the Sticky Beef Rib Mazemen, featuring tender braised beef rib, pak choi, Chinese cabbage, ajitama, edamame, homemade beef chilli oil and peanut-sesame sauce.
Whether you're stopping by for lunch or enjoying a relaxed dinner, TORIKO Nonntal is an appealing destination for ramen lovers in Salzburg.

"My personal favourite at TORIKO is the Sticky Beef Rib Mazemen with homemade noodles. The slow-braised beef rib is so tender that the meat practically falls off the bone. It's served with pak choi, Chinese cabbage, ajitama and edamame. Homemade beef chilli oil and a rich peanut-sesame sauce bring everything together with bold, savoury and nutty flavours.
