Honest Conclusion
„At FYN everything tastes heavenly to me, almost like clouds in your mouth. The individual dishes are light, creative and so well balanced that you'd love to work your way right across the menu. That's exactly what the build-your-own concept is made for: order several small dishes, share them and try a bit of everything. Add the hidden courtyard, for me a genuinely lovely address for breakfast and brunch in Salzburg."

About FYN
FYN is run by Julia and Lowie, who have created a relaxed place for breakfast, brunch and lunch on the Franz-Josef-Kai. At its heart is a concept that lets you build your own breakfast from a range of small dishes. If you'd rather not decide, you can pick from the FYN Favourites.
Everything is cooked fresh and seasonally, accompanied by coffee and a range of drinks. The hidden courtyard is a particular highlight, you'd hardly expect it from the street, right in the Old Town yet pleasantly tucked away. Breakfast is served until 2 pm, with brunch available afterwards and alongside it until 4 pm.

🍽️ My Favourite Dish
Japanese Omelette
"My personal favourite at FYN is the Japanese omelette with sesame and miso mayo. Wonderfully fluffy and creamy, with a lovely savoury kick from the miso mayo. So simple and yet so special, for me one of those dishes you want to order again straight away on your next visit."
