A fresh dining concept in Salzburg: At SHIRO, located on Münchner Bundesstraße, restaurateur Timo Zhou combines modern Asian fusion cuisine with a distinctive contemporary atmosphere. The restaurant's signature concept is “All you can enjoy”. Unlike a traditional all-you-can-eat buffet, guests order from a selection of more than 100 dishes.
Each is freshly prepared in smaller portions and brought directly to the table. The menu ranges from sushi and Asian starters to grilled specialities, warm dishes and contemporary fusion creations, including Italian influences. The smaller portions make it easy to explore different flavours throughout your meal.
Located on the ground floor of the modern ACHT ZWEI VIER complex, SHIRO features minimalist architecture, elegant interiors and outdoor seating. Weekday lunch starts at €24.90 per adult, while dinner, weekends and public holidays cost €44.40. Selected premium dishes may carry an additional charge.
