Sunday Brunch with Live Music

Every first Sunday of the month from 10 am to 1 pm, accompanied by live music.

On the table: prosecco, club wine white and red, beer, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices and BWT water still and sparkling.

Freshly served from the kitchen: soft-boiled egg, scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, egg in a glass, ham and eggs, bacon and eggs, veal ragout with napkin dumpling, lemon ricotta ravioli with sage butter and semolina pudding with cinnamon and sugar.

The brunch buffet: kaiser rolls, pastries and dark bread with butter, jam, Nutella and honey; sausage, ham and cheese; apple, orange and grapefruit juice, tomato juice; salmon, smoked fish, shrimp cocktail and trout caviar; cornflakes, muesli, natural and fruit yoghurt, fruit salad; hummus, herb spread and Liptauer; Gugelhupf, curd cheese schmarren, chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, chocolate cake and croissant.

From the warm buffet: beef broth with dumplings, roast pork with dumplings and cabbage salad, veal goulash with spätzle, spinach dumplings with brown butter, onion tart, onion roast beef with noodles and meatloaf with pretzel and mustard.
