On November 13, 2026, Restaurant Herzl invites you to an exceptional culinary evening in the heart of Salzburg's historic Old Town.
WILD & WINE celebrates the flavours of autumn, refined game dishes and carefully selected red wines from Bordeaux.
Look forward to a four-course menu featuring delicacies such as venison tartare, venison raviolo and tender saddle of venison. A delightful dessert combining seasonal fruits, fine chocolate and crunchy nuts provides the perfect finale.
