I tested the latest menu and found my personal favorites for you.

The kitchen at Gasthof Hölle remains consistent. My recent visit focused on the new menu, which emphasizes traditional cooking methods.

The Wiener Schnitzel is prepared in clarified butter and served golden brown. The beef tartare is another component of the current menu.
